Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All products show estimated delivery times at checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days for transit and delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
During the current climate of COVID-19 we are not held responsible for late delivery times. Given that we have encountered local lockdowns this may have an impact on supply in turn delaying our estimated shipping times.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout from ISOLIFT LTD is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur with carrier service.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). This Confirmation Email will be sent as soon as your products are made and are ready to be shipped. We use next day delivery on all our orders so once a confirmation has been sent expect the products to come the following day. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ISOLIFT LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
ISOLIFT LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is important to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
