RETURNS / CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns
Refunds/Exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase. All sale items are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, contact info.isolift@gmail.com with your order number/receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 72 hours of confirmation of refund from us please first check with your bank / credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
Once the email has been received and return approved by info.isolift@gmail.com, you will receive instructions for where to send your returned item(s).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We advise that you use a shipping method with tracking to ensure we receive your returned item(s).

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info.isolift@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

In Particular we do not accept refunds for any items that may oxidise/rust. Please ensure to read description of each product and refrain from mis reading / not knowing the types of product you are buying.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will then provide you with the address to send the defective items to.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you no longer require your items and you are wanting to cancel before the items have been dispatched, there will be a cancelation fee of 2.6%.

This charge is to cover costs that have subsequently been lost to allow this process.
