ISOLIFT Pulse Warranty

This ISOLIFT Limited Warranty currently only applies to the ISOLIFT Pulse Massage Gun and is given by ISOLIFT to the individual purchaser of the product from ISOLIFT or ISOLIFT authorized retailers. ISOLIFT warrants to purchasers that the product will materially conform to its published specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use the periods set forth below and commencing on the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”).

Warranty Return Period

If any ISOLIFT product proves defective during the Warranty Period, we please follow the instructions set out below for returning the product, and ISOLIFT will replace the product with a product that is the same or equivalent to the defective product you purchased.

To have the ISOLIFT device or a part repaired or replaced under warranty, it must be returned with freight prepaid and insured to ISOLIFT. This warranty does not apply to damage that ISOLIFT determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than ISOLIFT authorized personnel, including misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product, or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer. ISOLIFT reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover: (i) damage caused by misuse or abuse, neglect, accident, liquids, including but not limited to, water or lotions, vandalism or external forces; (ii) the alteration of the product in any way; (iii) use in any manner that is inconsistent with the intended purpose or design of the product as described in the product’s usage manual or other documentation for the product, including, but not limited to, the attachment of any unauthorized accessories; (iv) unauthorized repairs or modifications; (v) improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, variation in line voltage, malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer & recommended maintenance; or (vi) loss of use during the period the product is at the ISOLIFT repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of ISOLIFT. This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products, including but not limited to the sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without the prior express and written consent of ISOLIFT. This ISOLIFT Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and consumable materials. Any modifications or adaptation to enable it to operate in any other country are not covered under this warranty.

Limitation of Remedies

ISOLIFT does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, retailers, agents, employees, remote purchasers or the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a retailer, to make any modification, extension, or addition to this ISOLIFT Limited Warranty. This warranty provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranty. There shall be no other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, or any other obligation on the part of the company with respect to products covered by this warranty. ISOLIFT does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, the warranties set forth in this ISOLIFT Limited Warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ISOLIFT does not assume any liability for loss of or damage to or corruption of data, for any loss of profit, loss of use of products or functionality, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of revenues or loss of anticipated savings, increased costs or expenses or for any indirect loss or damage, consequential loss or damage or special loss or damage.

In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective and materials are not available, ISOLIFT reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the ISOLIFT's liability shall be limited to the purchase value of the product. This warranty provides purchasers with specific legal rights. Because of individual state and country regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to an individual purchaser. This ISOLIFT Limited Warranty does not apply to any mobile device or the cellular and/or other network or system on which the product operates. Therefore, ISOLIFT  will not accept any responsibility under this warranty for the operation, availability, coverage, services or range of the cellular or other network or system. Always completely follow safety, use, operation, and maintenance instructions for the product. ISOLIFT shall not under any circumstance be liable either expressly or impliedly, for any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of, content or data during repair or replacement of the product.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). This Confirmation Email will be sent as soon as your products are made and are ready to be shipped. We use 24/48hr day express delivery on all our orders. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

ISOLIFT LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)


ISOLIFT LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is important to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
